and booking/cancellation policies

Here you will find all necessary information on how to book and our policy.

Make sure you enter your correct details on the Fresha booking page, deposit for treatment will be taken here. 
Failure to do this will result in your appointment released back out for booking and you could lose your chosen date/time. It is not our responsibility to chase you for booking fees. If you fail to pay and turn up for your appointment you will be refused treatment. Booking fees are non refundable under any circumstance and can not be transferred to another day/time without 48 hours notice.

Terms & Conditions

Please read the following T&C’s thoroughly before booking an appointment. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to carry out your treatment(s). Booking fees are non refundable under any circumstances - you can reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Under NO circumstances will we treat;

  • Anyone under the age of 18 (ID REQUIRED)

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding women

  • Anyone with a transmittable blood infection

  • Anyone undergoing or recently undergone chemotherapy or radiotherapy

  • Anyone with an active coldsore

 

Appointments:

It is your responsibility to have read our pre treatment advice, which you can find linked from this page. All prices are as standard unless promotions or discounts advertised. An appointment booked prior to any promotional deals going live cannot be swapped to include those discounts unless discussed. 

You must arrive on time for your appointment, a few minutes early to fill out consent forms and for the application of numbing cream. If you are late, we may not be able to go ahead with your appointment and you will lose your deposit. We reserve the rights to refuse our services. 

Please make sure you have childcare in place for your appointment, we are not insured for unattended children to be in the salon, due to the set up of the building it is unsafe for them to accompany you to your appointment. Under NO circumstances can a child come into the treatment room with you. No more than one accompanying adult, who must remain in seating area.

Booking fees:

As stated, your deposit will be taken via the booking site. By booking & paying deposit, you are agreeing to our terms. Any no shows will be charged 50% of treatment. Cancelling or rearranging your appointment outside of the grace window will incur a charge also.

 

Before Treatment:

All make up will need to be removed prior to treatment, so please come ‘fresh faced’ if possible. Alcohol, aspirin, Ibuprofen and a range of dietary supplements including; St. Johns Wort, fish oils, Gingko Biloba, Vitamins C and E- may all contribute to bruising and are best avoided 24 hours before treatment. Treatment cannot be administered if there is an active skin infection, including acne or cold sores or if you are unwell- including colds, coughs, sore throats etc. Do contact the clinic to discuss any illness or new medicines prior to attending.

A photograph will be taken by us before and after the treatment for insurance and client file purposes, if you do not want your photo’s to be used for promotional content just let us know.

The time frames stated on our website for filler durability should be used as a guideline only. There is no guarantee the filler will last for the durations stated above. Several sessions may be needed to achieve your desired results. This is impossible for us to determine as it’s down to an individuals anatomy and lifestyle factors that are out of StudioTwenty2 control. Filler is a buildable product and it may take multiple sessions to achieve your desired result. Asymmetry is a normal part of the healing process and is to be expected, there may be uneven areas of the face due to some areas taking better to filler than others. It is always possible for an individual to have a poor response from dermal fillers.

Our fillers are charged per syringe and not per part ml used. Any follow up appointments needed outside of a routine check will be charged at the regular rate. Should complications develop from the filler injections, any medical costs would be the patients responsibility. We do not, under any circumstances, offer a partial or full refund. Nor do we accept any liability if you have not followed pre and post care rules.
