DERMAL FILLERS

Youthful skin is continuously moisturised from within by hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring sugar. Hyaluronic acid absorbs moisture and keeps your skin well hydrated for a youthful look. As we age, our skin loses hyaluronic acid and fine lines start to appear on the face. Some lines become wrinkles due to outside factors like sun exposure, diet and years of facial muscle movement. Weight loss can also contribute to sagging and turn lines into folds, too. Dermal fillers help replace the volume lost or wrinkles that have formed caused by this by assisting in plumping the skin to restore youth.

How painful is the procedure?

A topical numbing cream is used to help minimise pain and anaestatise the surface of the lips, this is applied prior to treatment.

The dermal fillers used contains lidocaine which is a local anesthetic that also assists in numbing the tissue layers that are injected.

What type of dermal fillers are used?

We use only non-animal crosslinked HA soft tissue filler that works by adding volume, restoring plumpness and rejuvenating skin with only the highest purity of Hyaluronic Acid with the inclusion of Lidocaine, making the procedures relatively painless.

lip filler

We have 2 set techniques when injecting lips. We use our signature advanced method resulting in HD beautifully voluminous lips. Also we use the new Russian injectable method. This technique is best suited to individuals with no previous filler and an already 'visible' upper lip. As with all injectable treatments it carries some side effects and risk. Bruising and swelling are to be expected so do not book this treatment if you have imminent social plans. Our pre & post care can be found on the e-booking page.

JAW FILLER (strictly subject to suitability)

This is an illusion created by adding filler strategically to reduce the appearance of jowls/double chin. Filler placed anteriorly in the jaw also pulls and therefore tightens the skin slightly around the neck to further add to your result giving a slimmer appearance. It does not dissolve fat. Commonly known as the “15 minute nose job”

A non surgical nose job is a non invasive technique used as an alternative to surgery. Filler is used to reshape the nose and straighten out any unwanted bumps and contour the overall shape of the nose. In some cases the nose can be shortened and lifted by placing the filler strategically using advanced techniques. Bruising and swelling are some of the risks to be considered. Its a bearable pain and its a quick procedure. Some describe it as slightly uncomfortable. Other risks are discussed during consultation.

TEAR TROUGH TREATMENT (strictly subject to suitability)

Tear trough treatment is a popular treatment that involves the use of a smooth hyaluronic acid filler to reduce the appearance of loss of volume or dark under eye circles. A small cannula is used to precisely fill the area. Bruising and swelling are some of the risks to be considered. Other risks are discussed during consultation.

Our fillers are charged per syringe. Any follow up appointments needed will be charged at the regular rate. Should complications develop from the filler injections, any medical costs would be the patients responsibility. We do not, under any circumstances, offer a partial or full refund.
